Q: Can you recommend another caravan park for me to stay at whilst your campgrounds are closed?

A: Capel Sound Foreshore Reserve & Point Leo Foreshore Reserve.

Q: Can I book a campsite?

A: Bookings for 21+ nights will be subject to a ballot process, the application form will open May 9th and will close on May 25th at 5pm. Bookings for all other dates will be open online from 7pm on Tuesday, July 1, 2025. Please note that we cannot guarantee you a site, and waitlist requests will be processed on a first-come, first-served basis.

Q: Is there a minimum stay?

A: During the peak periods yes, including long weekends, peak weekends, and the Christmas break. Over the summer period, a 3-week minimum booking applies, with each 3-week block running from the 20th of December - the 10th of January and the 10th of January to the 31st of January. Shorter stays will be available for booking from December 1 - subject to availability and cancellations. Approx 15% of sites will be allocated as short stay sites and not available for the ballot.

Q: I must cancel my trip; can I get a refund?

A: Yes, please read the terms and conditions carefully, the refund policy and deadlines are within this document. We recommend purchasing CHUBBS camping insurance should you think you may need to cancel. Please note cancellation insurance can only be brought when booking online.

Q: Are your campgrounds dog-friendly?

A: We are a foreshore reserve and do not allow pets to stay in the campground.
